college football has been very good to me, it just gives brings warm fuzzies kstate will dominate on d like they do against most teams- but the bigger issue here is kstate will run over this inexperienced d.of cal- this kstate o is very good. snyder loves to run up scores. cal has some great young talent but they will not start jelling till the later part of the season- this kstate team is loaded and deep even there second teamers will dominate. KSU 44-6. ksu for 3%

glad to see you on the wildcats Thunder. Everyone I talk to say no way in hell, but hopefully Kstate will prove them wrong.

your friend should research a bit more- snyder rarely wins by 14-20 when he has a team down much like his protege stoops he destroys them- cal will get destroyed- word out of cal is eventhough they have talented freshmen who will play alot out of necessity they are not nearly ready for a sewing machine like kstate- scrimmages have looked pathetic for cal and these frosh look like boys among men in practice. jmo

Does anyone know if K-State will be taking the full sqaud to Arrowhead? If its just the traveling squad (almost no walkons to play), that could play a huge factor in the 4th.

snyder does not play walk- ons unless they have earned playing time and yes this game will be treated like any other game.

One unbiased question for Thunder et al? Is Arrowhead less of a home field advantage than Manhattan? Or is it a non-issue here? Not sure if Arrowhead will draw more suits and less students.

Not saying it's a big issue. Just wondering.

Best of luck.

Local paper here in KC says only 44,000 seats sold so far in 78,000 seat Arrowhead Stadium .... however most all of those will be K-State fans. Probably smallish ticket sales are due to the recent heat wave around here ... been over 100 degrees for 5 or 6 straight days. Good point Thunder about Wildcats going from fake to real grass. However I do agree that K-State dominates here as Snyder has seemed even more secretive than normal (if that is possible) this year. The nutty professor Bill seems to know he has a chance to actually win a Big 12 title this year (something he has never done I don't believe) and maybe more. Believe KSU has a tough early schedule so they should be ready and win rather easily on Saturday ... my predicted score 51-14. Sorry so wordy here but I'm ready for some college football!!! May actually go to this game so trying to fire up for it. Good luck all.

Go CATS!!!!!

Go CATS!!!!!

Reason I like the Cats:
1. Biased
2. Grad
3. -27.5 to -28 (1st initial thought was, no way they'll cover)
4. Experienced offense with depth at O-line.
5. Belief that the defensive front & backers with Montgomery,
Buhl, Shull, Houchins, etc.... will keep the Bears off balance,
therefore taking pressure off the KSU secondary. You can't
teach speed like T-Newman but I hope they picked up a little
from him..
6. If Roberson can hit the 10-15 yard tight end (Hill) down & out
the ksu offense will be well balanced. 7. Last but not least: Thunder, PUHD, and Geno says have my
thoughts exactly. POUND AWAY!!!!!

If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen. Bears QB may be taking an early exit because the kitchen will be hot at Arrowhead. I know it's a night geme but hell it was 95 @ 10:00 last night. Middle of Kansas. Good luck to all!

Il'l agree with you on the getting old. I work outside and trying to get anything done and being productive has been a chore. Here is the forecast for KC.

Today: Plentiful sunshine. High 97F. Winds ESE at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: Mainly clear skies. Low 71F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.

I don't think it is going to be as bad tonight as it has been a few days ago, but it is right back in the oven tomorrow and Monday. Good Luck

I'm in on K State.

I look for their Def. and Special Teams to score once or twice.

Good Luck
