i firmly belive...FIRMLY that a 13 seed will beat a 4 seed this thr or fri......i have some leans on who i think it will be but i will leave it up to you guys for some over the top push to who it will be......
here are some trends and stats that may help in the decision....
chi ill vs kan......chi has won 10 games in a row and are red hot where kan has lost its last game and are 6-4 overall last ten. (i know the bigger schools play tougher teams but a win is a win). kan is always here and are always expected to win but with the big loss from last yr the expected could end up the unexpected????
va comm. vs wake forest......this game really has me guessing va comm is 9-1 last ten and winners of 8 in a row where wake is playing like sh&t losing three in a row and going 6-4 last ten. wake has to be just demoralized with the way they have been playing and to think they will be able to snap their fingers just because its a weaker team then they normally play.....don't get to confident wake....this team is NOT this good.
e. tenn vs cinn...... e. tenn again hot winners of 3 in a row and 9-1 last ten cinny is also hot and a stronger team with a stronger coach they have won 4 in a row and 7-3 last ten. i don't really think e. tenn has a shot at the su win here but that is just me.
finally we have utep vs maryland.....utep lost last game and are 7-3 last ten where maryland is surging winners of 5 in a row vs the mighty acc conference and going 6-4 last ten.....if maryland wansn't so hot right now i would prob consider them but again they have a very experinced coach and with a hot team in a STRONG conference i again would think it would be hard to get a utep win.
AT FIRST GLANCE I THINK VA COMM AND CHI ILL. HAVE GOOD SHOTS AT THE UPSET, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, THERE COULD BE SOME BIG CASH FOR US IF WE NAIL THIS.
