two cans of good chili
one package cream cheese
one small can diced black olives

heat everything up till mixed well. looks like something that came out of syphillitic rat's ass, but man it's awesome.
Totally addictive.

I agree, the dip is great but you forgot to add melted cheese on top and maybe some chives. You also could use sour cream instead of cream cheese. I recommend using chili with no beans. :yup

In a pot
Combine Melted velveeta
Horseradish
spoon of your favorite hot sauce
Lump crab meet


Serve hot with crusty bread to dip

There are plenty of variations of Rotel dip, so here is another that is a little different than TS's.

The traditioinal way:

Block of Velveeta melted with two cans or Rotel tomatos (they are in your grocery store in the canned vegetable section or the mexican food section) Melt the cheese in microwave or stovetop and then add the Rotel(don't drain the can) and stir. Pretty tough to do.

I mix italian sausage in mine or you can put ground beef or whatever you like.

Find some doritos and you are all set.

TS, I might try that with crab meat, sounds pretty damn good.

3 whole avocodos
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Salsa
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin
a dash of black pepper

Mix everything together real well and its a winner
