YTD 57-32 (+2586)
One NL play for Wednesday:
ST. LOUIS CARDINALS (+151) With or without Albert Pujols, I think the Cardinal line-up can still give Mark Prior a bit of trouble in his second start of the year. Although his first start at this level was very impressive, and not to take anything away from it, it did occur against the struggling Pittsburgh Pirates. I also look for Matt Morris to come up with a big effort and continue to have success against Chicago (10-3 lifetime with a 3.28 ERA). I think this is going to be a close game, but I think the public is maybe expecting too much too soon from Prior and I just don't see the Cub batters being as successful against Morris as they were against Woody Williams, who is now 2-7 in his career versus the Cubs.
I'm looking at a couple of interleague matchups, but this may be it for the day, depending on how this one makes out.
Best of Luck,
Sharky
