Hey everyone,
I know it's early, but I was thinking about putting together a couple of fantasy football leagues online exclusively for Madjackers.
I was also debating making at least one of the leagues (maybe both) money leagues. I'm flexible on the entry fee. I was thinking $200 (US) to enter would be fair. Maybe more if the interest is there. The pot would be divided up 60%/30%/10% for 1st/2nd/3rd.
Preliminary ideas for the two leagues....
League #1 : 8 teams, 14 week regular season (everyone plays everyone else twice), top 4 teams make the playoffs.
League #2 : 14 teams, 13 week regular season (everyone plays everyone else once), top 8 teams make the playoffs.
These two leagues would be run independently of one another (ie. League #1 is not competing against League #2, each one would have it's own prize pool).
Of course the rosters of League #1 would be considerably larger, so that in either league the free-agent pool would be of roughly the same quality and quantity of players. Both leagues would hold a live online draft (draft times have already been reserved for the two nights before the season kicks off actually, as I'm assuming this will be a go).
If you'd be seriously interested in playing and the entry fee suggested is in your ballpark, respond here.
