Walter cant hit the broad side of a barn. Inaccurate throw after inaccurate throw, even his completions are not on the money. 16 of 37 for a lousy 124.
ive never seen a kid throw for almost 400 yards...... yet play an absolutely awful game in the process.
He is the worst QB in division 1-A. I have said that for the past 2 years. Absolutely awful. So much talent, so little brain...
Although, ASU made some gread plays...especially that "Don Beebe-esqe" punchout right before the goalline. Difference between the two punchouts is Franklin's meant something and probably won ASU the game.
4-0 going to Oregon...not a look past but are we possibly looking at 5-0 off a bye week going to USC? That could be a good one. :clap:

Yeah, gman, this was definitely one of those games that make you scratch your head when you look at the boxscore. Beavers 6 yards total rushing sure didn't help the cause. On top of the weird Derek Anderson stats, take a look at ASU. Walter goes 16-40 for just over one buck, combined with another hundred from their running game, yet ASU wins rather comfortably. :scared Sometimes the box tells the story better than the final score, but sometimes it doesn't!
BTW, glad to see you on the Browns tomorrow. Wrote my thoughts about the game in Master Capper's thread earlier this week. Lee Suggs news certainly tempers my enthusiasm a tad (I thought he would be the catalyst for the O this week). But the Giants secondary could prove to be the only catalyst necessary.
