Ferdville,

That's a good explanation and I understand where you're coming from.

I think that we're thinking pretty similarly, but kind of approaching it from a slightly different angle.

You seem to believe that although Bush has gotten us into this mess, yet offers no solution of his own, that we should stick with him because the opposition also offers no solutions.

My point of view is that we should vote to fire the person who has proven to have severe lapses in judgment that will cost this country in every way for years to come. This despite Kerry not having a miracle solution. If Kerry inherits Bush's mess, we can't expect an immediate, clean solution as there really isn't one.

My view is that Kerry can't make any worse decisions for this country in regards to Iraq, fighting terrorism, reckless spending, etc. How could he?

I also don't buy the party line that because there hasn't been an attack on our soil in 3 years, that that means he is keeping us safe. If one believes that, then they also must assign blame to him for 9/11. IMO, neither is accurate.

I just got back to this one and I'm to answer what Kerrys plan is.
Why? All I know the one being used right now is in a mess. And why? Because we have this go it alone guy. Ya I know there is 9000 troops there form England. They must all be in a safe place. Seems were the only ones getting soldiers killed. If Kerry just listens to the commanders on the ground the plan will be better then what we have now. And thats what he said we should have been doing. Listen to the Marines on the ground. Good start.

Bluegrass!
Boys,...Boys,....Boys,......The President's true intentions were to invade IraN! Hell, he just missed it by ONE stinkin' letter! He could've sent our boys to Luxembourgh, Macedonia, etc..etc..then he would've REALLY looked stupid! I say give him a damn break. One measly letter of the alphabet seperates the two countries and they're located right next door to each other! I can fully comprehend how the leader of the free world could get the two confused; MR. KNOW IT ALLS!

LOL not bad Neemer. Finally a little breath of fresh air in here. Looks like Iran may be next huh? I have a feeling the UN will get a little but more involved in this one though. We shall see. Iran is 2nd in the world when it comes to oil reserves so I highly doubt that they would have a need for innocent nuclear power ya know?

It was a joke about IRAN and IRAQ..How could I not get it??? lol

Hey what's wrong with making a joke about Bush???
Hell I make fun of him all the time. I like how he pronounces the word "nuclear" lol

I'm just mature enough to know when something is funny, bi-partisan or not.
That is the difference between us I LOVE WR. Think about it. :)

You mean some humor for once??? lol...good one

No I think, if the UN doesn't, we will be invading Iran because Iran is actively enriching uranium. I wouldn't expect you all to know this however. :)

BS. We have no proof there wanting to make a bomb. And what good would one do them. Stop running scared. Thats what Bush wants us to do. Before Iran ever got there second or third bomb built. Well they would have a big bang on the way. There third rate at best. Keep the eye on the real idiots N Korea. But soon even there they will announce a deal with them. We need to stop the BS in Iraq now. We need to shut the borders down. Why were waiting for Rummys to wake up I have no idea. Let the military handle it. 1053 dead and over 6500 wounded. What a plan. Should have listen to the general he fired.

From what they are saying Iran would like to have a nuclear weapon that would be able to reach Israel. I think Iran is trying to make a bomb. Thats what all the nuclear watchdog experts are saying. Hell even the UN is starting to assess the situation. What does Iran need nuclear power for?? And yes N.Korea needs to be dealt with.
Keep an eye out in the coming months.
I agree with the rest of your post. Solid points you made.

So Cal
Kosar - I read your response with care and once again I agree with you in totality. I understand what you are saying and it does make sense. It is nice to be able to come into some threads where sensible and intelligent thought reigns. Altering one's opinion or simply expanding your knowledge on any subject is a good thing. I salute you Matt. The vast majority of your posts are not only readable, but sensible and well thought out. We may not always agree, but you do make sense.

Iran is trying to develop a Nuke.....cmon djv everyone knows it. The experts say it is just a matter of months now. For those of you who deny it, you are lost in space.

Anyone like to see the evidence? Just ask.

One condition...just make sure you appologize to me when you've been proven wrong. :)

Thanks Fred, appreciate it. Ditto.

Glad to see you posting in this area as it has taken a bit of a turn from 'normalcy', what with the 'additions' of Manson and I Love Wide Receivers.

DJV - finally we agree. One of the biggest failings of the Bush administration has been their absolute inability or rather REFUSAL to deal with the border problem. It is costing the taxpayers billions of dollars a year in California just to deal with illegal aliens. Bush won't lift a finger to help us. That, my friends, is true and the fact that I agree with DJV is even more astounding. Thanks for bringing up an issue that is not often discussed outside the western United States. And while we are at it, can we close the borders between the US and Canada, if and only if, I Love WR is trying to sneak in? Of course, that isn't likely because MOST Americans are not too bright.
