Wasn't this race supposed to be a fairly easy win by Bunning? I see he's down like 38k votes with 67 percent counted. This is a fairly big upset, isn't it?

just saw Bunning's up by about that many with 77% of the vote counted.

We knew it would be close, so no, imho, it wouldn't be that big of an upset. I actually voted for Mongiardo. He seemed to have very conservative stances to me, and I didn't like BUnning's smear tactics. My wife and I didn't talk about it before hand, but she felt and voted the same way, lol!

Bunning up by 10,000 votes, and each candidate has approximately 80,000 votes total. Statistically, both now have 50% of the popular vote. WOW!

Just saw that, 65, I guess I spoke too soon. I was stunned when I saw the early returns.

Can't believe Bunning won --simple example of $$$ winning election. Did much more advertiseing. He definately didn't deserve to win and I was with you on that one Clint.
Could not vote for someone who thought 911 was Nov 11 and said he hadn't read newspaper in 6 months.Predict he won't serve out term due to dimished capacity--seriously.
