I don't understand how the line moves form 7 to 7.5 because it makes no difference considering that the spurs are losing by 7 and theres no tie in nba so they would have to get 8 to cover. Am i missing something?

LAKERS are looking very good right now.... but then again, it is the HAWKS. Gonna be interesting to see how they play the 2nd Qtr as I doubt if they can keep this pace up. 43 Pts with 3 min to go in the 1st....
