My fade just called. Man, you gotta love this guy.....

He just asked if there was a game tonight. "Sure, Indy and the Falcons", I said jokingly. I even put Atlanta to -4. He makes a play on Indy(who he adores). Of course the game ended 10 hours ago!

I'm going to let him stew all day tomorrow and then tell him Monday. I know it's a bit cruel but damn, you gotta love this guy. Even when the game's over, he picks the losing side.

I'll be sure to chime in with his play for Monday night.

That won't be necessary. I'll give him credit though, he is disciplined enough to play 1 or maybe 2 games a day during football season. I on the other hand.........

While out to dinner last night, he tried my cell phone(I left it in the car). I returned his call and found him to be a bit ticked off when he found out the game was played at 5AM our time. I said, "What? You're kidding me! It was on at the restaurant. Was it tape delay?" He said, "You knew damn well that game was already over when I called." I busted in laughter. He did too. He gave it the ole, "With friends like you, who needs enemies?"

But he did end the call with those words I love to hear.....................................

"I'll talk to you Monday."

Funny as hell. Thanks for letting us in on this guy. He was great to fade in the nba. I feel some what sorry for him. NOT . Like money more he he. Hope you and the miss had a good time last night.
