Two of Florida's coaches are Dante Bichette and Mike Stanley both former major leaguers.

Good luck Iowa...but from here the U.S. looks like a 2 horse race between Hawaii and California (hope I'm wrong)

How do you find out more information on this? I have a cousin playing for the Southwest team. They are out of Fort Worth and I had an email saying they had made it to Michigan I think. Any websites that we can check brackets out? Thanks, JP

JP, i know the TX team didn't make the LLWS, so your cousin must play in an older group... if i'm not mistaken, the 14 yr. olds had their finals in Michigan around July 23 time frame... one of the teams was staying at the same hotel in us in Michigan City.

rrc, from watching the HI game, i think IA is just as good as they are (on any given day, either of those teams could win) as far as CA, well, THEY are GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Mama, thanks for the reply. Talked to a family member a while ago and they said it was the Junior League World Series which I guess is something totally different. Either way, best of luck to ya'll and I'll be watching. JP
