yea........

i mean, all the sox do is catch breaks... 182 regular season and how many days did they lead the central? this 1-9 lineup (w/o a frank thomas and scott pod for a period of time) without a .300 hitter, rallying against a major slump to end the season (with CLE surging), sweeping the defending champs and shutting down LAA after losing game 1. i guess the closers of: shingo to start, dustin in the middle and jenks at the end was "catching a break" too. a new catcher, surrounded by pre-season turmoil and no other team that wanted him, in a.j. to manage the staff - that was a break. btw, who in the hell did the sox start the season with playing 2nd, 3rd and SS? you dont even know they're names! put those three in the "catching a break" column too.

yea.......

i guess they'll probably catch a break and win the world series too.

sox to win the series at any "catch a break" price

love that HOU road record... oh yea, CHW caught a break when the AL won the all-star game. love the HOU team W/L record when clemens starts. clemens last road start was when and what happened? pettite's last road start was when and what happened? yes, CHW failed to "catch a break" in contreras last home start when losing 3-2 but, if they did that would be 7 in a row at home... contreras overall home record record, not that impressive (obviously didnt catch that many breaks) but, last 10 games out - ooooh baby. who won the most road games in MLB this year? heres a hint, its the team that catches all the breaks...

CHW to win the series at any "catch a break" price.

its probably in some other thread but, yea... CHW caught a break when clemens threw 50+ through 2 innings... appropriate time for that hamstring to "flare up". good thing the CHW's allowed that Wandy, Vandy "whatever" off the hook with that terrible control and high walk count for his three innings. would you say HOU "caught a break"??? i doubt it... dare i say "if we got to clemens, we can get to oswalt"??? im not going that far... but, you have to like what the CHW bats showed against a parallel SP. CHW bats and "eyes" are alive all... looking very "smart" at the plate. HOU had theyre chances. home field is still with CHW. the CHW right handed power is gunna love that HOU left field wall. SP rotation in tact, middle and late relief in great condition, 1-9 contributing. tadahito will appear sooner than later.

3 to go....

i think CHW Dye is out for the series after getting plunked ; ) i am still freezing from sitting, i mean standing and screaming at the cell tonight... what a heart attack. to scared to take my pulse. im not in the mood to write anything clever... CHW did catch a break when having to get to the 3 best relievers out of the HOU pen. absolutely no HOU breaks tonight whatsoever though. the CHW stole this one (yea right!!!) and i hope the theft continues. ask me if i care how they win the world series...

2 to go
