I have a feeling that New England might spank them. But then again, they could also step up to the level of the competition. It will be interesting to see what happens.

indy hasn't been able to beat new england when they're playing their BEST football. not sure why they're all the sudden going to be able to get over the new england hump when they're playing only average football by their standards. colts fans are kidding themselves if they think they're going to beat new england playing the way they've been playing.

What is so average and unimpressive about a team who is the only undefeated left, is wnining by an average of 16 points per game and whos defense is giving up just 11 points per with Peyton Manning, Edge, and Marvin on the other side of the ball?

JEALOUS IS WHAT YOU ARE!!!

The Colts have won all their games. It's almost like a college football argument. It's not their fault they haven't played anyone. It's not like you can take anything away from them. They've played their schedule and played it well. Theres maybe only 2 or 3 other teams in the NFL that would have gone 7-0 with their schedule right now.

Personally, I don't think the Colts are the best team in football, but you can't argue with their record. They are a top 3 or 4 team in the NFL. It's impossible to take anything away from them or even argue this until they play a top tier team. Again, they've done all thats asked of them, so you can't say they aren't good. If they can get home field in the AFC they will be very very tough to beat in that dome. I certainly wouldn't want to play them there.

Agent,

I don't want you to think I am knocking the Colts.

In fact, I like the Colts, and I would like to see Manning get a ring.

I think he is a hard worker and deserves one.

I also bet on the Colts just about every week last season.

To be honest with you though, none of their wins were impressive to me except for the Titans win. This was the only game where they really dominated the game from start to finish.

Against Baltimore, they didn't show up until the second half.

Against Jacksonville, they squeaked by, and did not cover the line in that one.

Against Cleveland, they won by a touchdown???
Enough said on that one.

Against the 49ers..........okay, done with that one.

Against the Rams, they might have lost the game outright had Bulger not got hurt.

Today, they were tied at half time with the worst team in the NFL.

Yes, they are beating who they are playing, and I give them credit. As I said earlier, I want the Colts to do well, and last year I had a lot of success betting on them.

But in all of these games so far this year, they have not looked the way they did last year.

Hey, I hope that they do step it up a notch when they play some tougher competition. I am just not so sure that it will happen.

I think we'll find out when they go to Pats in 2 weeks ... I got colts for afc and SB pretty big--but they have only beaten on decent team ... they did however cover once again ... so at 7-0, first in franchise history, at the moment they have to be considered at the top

Was there today. I love Peyton, but if the Colts are the best team in the NFL the NFL is worse than I think it is. Houston had no trouble ruinning the ball - do you know how bad that is? DO you understand just how bad Houston is on every side of the ball- and was tied at the half and put 20 points up - the best they have done this year? Imagine if a 2 fingered blind man from Haiti was at quarterback for houston rather than David Carr.Oh wait...we did see that...Marc Bulger and the hapless Rams destroying them for a quarter until injury changed the game.

But bottom line they are 7-0. And someone will have to beat them in Indy to stop them for going to the big one. Odds are that doesnt happen. So maybe the NFl is just that bad.

Don't worry, when they get the guy, I don't remember his name, with a college degree and a minor in ballroom dancing, they will be just fine. :)

Never happen Bleed.

You get the No 1 pick with holes like this you trade it for multiple players and picks. Besides, Leinhart wouldnt last 2 weeks with this team - shit I would look good as USC's qb, and every HOF Qb would never win here.

was a joke sun. they need offensive line help and should draft and trade everything they have to get it. Carr plays the majority of the game on his ass. Davis is a fine running back and their defense isn't all that bad. Its not great, but they can't even be competitive until they fix their front line. Its the worst in football.
