didnt have the nads to play em but marshall winning the game wouldnt be a huge surprise. for some reason, theres this love affiar with a southern miss team that cant run the football worth a damn. theyre one-dimensional right now. marshall's defense is solid, which is no surprise considering snyder is an ohio state guy. what kept me away is the maddening inconsistency of morris and skinner at quarterback for the herd. the back and forth qb rotation at marshall has been hurting the offense the same way its hurt tennessee. they can move the ball up and down the field, but they stall inside the 30 too often. but im not sure if usm comes in and rolls.
