Well fresh off my parlay win last night I am starting with an early parlay today.

St. Joes ML/Michigan St. ML
1.42/1.00

This isnt as much as a play for St. Joe's as it is a play against Lasalle. When you first compare these teams it looks like Lasalle has the better record and stats. However, Lasalle has not beat anyone and St. Joe has played a much tougher schedule to date. When you match these teams up against conference foes thier stats are very similar, so I will take the home factor and ride wit it.

Michigan St. is a very good home team and are starting to get on a roll beating 2 ranked teams in a row. Iowa is a bad road team getting spanked by Wisky, and barely beating non-ranked Penn St. and St. Louis. Look for an energized MS crowd to disrupt this overrated Iowa team.

Will have some more later.

Didn't take me long to find another that I like.

NC ST. ML/ Detroit ML
1.24/1.00

NC St. really impressed me against Duke while I feel Wake is a little overrated here. The line drop seems to support this theory. The only thing that worries me a little is the rebound advantage Wake has but I think that will be compensated by NC St.'s shooting and deffensive advantages. Take that with the home court advantage and we should have a winner.

Detroit and Ill.-Chi have both hit losing streaks, but if you look at the scores and location of those losses its easy to see Ill.-Chi is in much deeper trouble. They have lost to Cleve St. at home and were spanked by Lol-Chicago. Granted Det lost to Cleve St. but that was on the road and took care of business against Loyola. I will take the better defensive team here.

Dinner Time Parlay:
Illinois ML/UAB ML
2.52/1.00

Illinois is clearly the better team here as NW has only scored an avg of 58 pts over its conference play. Northwestern relies on 1 player for its scoring while Illinois is a well balanced team that can afford to have an off night from one of its top scorers. Look for Ill. to get back on track as Mich St. did now that conference play is in full swing.

The main stat to look at in the UAB game is that Houston is shooting a dismal 36% over its last few games while UAB has shot near 50%. Houston will have a hard time scoring against this defense. Look at how each team did against Rice to give you an idea of which side to play.
