Can anyone alse see Pitt entering this game flat after being on such a roll? I just think their emotional roller coaster postseason is going to catch up to them and they may lose this game. Them having this two week layoff is the reason I am taking the Hawks. I realize Seattle is off for the two weeks too but their emotions have been in check, they were expected to win their games. Just a thought, but I can see Seattle getting a 10 point lead in the first quarter and milking the game away. Bettors may be saying "this reminds me of the break college teams get prior to bowl games." after the first couple series. AR182, it is hard to bet against the system, but will Vegas actually take one on the chin after paying out all year? My local will be buried if Pitt wins. Later

I can't see any team that went to the bother of actually winning any playoff games at all entering the biggest game of their life "flat". I wouldn't consider this a good capping angle for a SuperBowl game.

Is Pittsburgh over confident after beating three teams they were seeded behind and now playing as a favorite, maybe, but I just can't see ANY team being flat here.

Pitt. won't be flat, but Mr. MO is no longer on the side of the black & gold. Pitt. has been riding a wave of emotion through the playoffs. The extra week will just give the Pitt. players more time to tell each other how good they are. Pitt now has to play will the pressure on it's shoulders, they are expected to win like (Indy, Cinn, Den) and just like a home game where they have struggled all year.

I agree with pen.

FLAT is not an option in a game that has a two wek build up and is the most watched television event of the year.

Pitt has been on a great roll. I can even tell with the lead at the half. I just think Seattle is a better team.

A better team with 4 points.

I don't see either team coming out really flat but I can definitely see the D's stepping up first and waiting on the O's to get started. imo Both are gonna give up some yards on the first and/or second possesion but I don't think you'll see a score right off the bat. Pitts D, will eventually shut it all down :) then we can started with the song of the playoffs

the wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round...
