It's over for the Devils next Thursday. You heard it here first. Not that this would be considered a major upset by anyone who understands basketball. Simply put, Duke will not be able to match LSU's physical toughness down low. Look for Shelden Williams to get in foul trouble early. I watched this LSU team almost win at Connecticut earlier in the season. This is the team to beat Duke in that region.

Yeah, Texas A&M makes you play an ugly game. The Aggies play great defense, and they like to slow the game down. You will see a different LSU team on Thursday. Should be a high scoring affair.
I tend to agree with you as I see Duke NOT winning the championship and it definetly could stop here for them. LSU is tough!! I think that grind'm out defensive game with A&M is gonna help them against Duke cuz as we all know defense wins championships and Duke does not have a solid one IMO. LSU does! GW did not! But then again it could come down to last second shot and I definetly would take Reddick for that...he will be the best player on the court.

I have LSU over Duke in my bracket as well. LSU will dominate the boards and give Duke fits all game long. Keep up the good work Wise.

Tough one for Duke. Shelden gets his blocks and rebounds, but quality big men have put up some big numbers against Duke this year. If the 3-pointers are falling, Duke can pull it out, but if not, I wouldn't be surprised at all by an LSU victory. Shelden is very likely to get in a lot of foul trouble against a team that big. He was able to hang around today after picking up two in the first half because Pops couldn't play much (no other inside presence for GW), but against LSU I fear Shelden will be spending a lot of time on the bench.

LSU looked real good in the tourney so far,no? They had a late run to blow out Iona, and needed a last second 3 pointer to beat A&M. I don't think Duke is unbeatable, but LSU will need ALOT of luck. Glen Davis is somewhat overrated IMO also.......

wiser this will be a great game and i think it will be the the last line of defense the Atlanta Region has at stopping duke from going to final 4. Although it wont happen. Duke is playing great ball and is only getting stronger. I forsee this game as a 3 bomb shootout. First team to 70 wins. If duke loses it will come in the last minute of the game.
