Just looking at some not so techinical graphs I would say it looks like that .50 mark is a bit of a resistance point as it really hasn't ventured above that territory for very long in the past 3 yrs
up 15-17% today, but hovering around the .50 resistance point...will be interesting to see if it breaks out

Hope it gets there for ya.....sorta....lol. I'd say if you don't see it by the end of the day Thursday, you might not see those prices again. The President (Makarov) is currently in Russia with negotiations on the buyout, and we've been assured by the VP that a PR on the buyout will be coming either Friday or, if negotiations drag on, by next week at the latest. Even if they reject the offer, they're going to use it to their advantage by announcing what the buyout price was. I think the pps is gonna skyrocket either way.....because if they do reject the offer (which I hope they do if its under $2)....then they're moving to the NASD OTCBB by May 1 and production begins by June 1
yeah just on the sidelines for now...all my cash is tied up in securities and gold---which has been on a tear. So, if I pull the trigger on this one it will be on margin and if I'm going to pay to use the house's money I like to be sure about it. Thanks for getting this one on my radar--and Rebel Yell as well.
i got in today at .48. i was so excited about AMEP i forgot to post it. after reading up on this for the last 3 hours i'm buying more in the morning. thanks for the tip.....i think

Youre welcome, Jack. Rebel Yell turned me on to this in Sept. Things have really materialized lately, and next week is going to be great. At least a 5 bagger from here IMO, even if the buyout is turned down.
100k shares here averaged at .16. The days leading up to sometime next week keep getting longer and longer here. Waaaay too much anticipation. Even trouble sleeping.
Word today from Gerald Parkin, NDOL'S Director of Legal Affairs, is that the potential buyer is currently assessing the company's value. The President, Makarov, is in Russia with the potential buyer as well. Parkin says they were hopeful things would wrap up Friday, but now thinks Monday or Tuesday for the offering party to finish it's assessment. If the offer is under 2.00, with oil prices where they are and continuing to climb, then I'm hoping they turn this down and gear up for production. With the move to the NASD OTCBB most likely coming late next week, this one will bring in a ton of new investors.
Only 20 percent of investors will look at a pink. Most everyone will invest in the OTCBB.
