Go to CNN today and watch the video about how the one kid has the entire night chronicled by cell phone calls, etc. They say rape was at 12:30...he called a taxi at 12:14, it picked him up at 12:19 and taxi driver says hetook him to wachovia, dropped him at a place to eat at 12:26, where he stayed until close to 1 when the taxi then drove him to his dorm.

All confirmed with cell phone logs and taxi company logs, and the wachovia logs etc.

How can the DA not check this out. What a friggen joke.

Maybe they can just prosecute the entire team and hope they pick one w/out a good alibi.

the police supposedly keep trying to get the team mates to tell them who was and who was not at the party.

This story is irritating being belief. I am so sick of hearing about the photos and the shoe and this that blah blah blah

I don't see how you have much of a case with no dna...

This woman needs to be prosecuted forlying and wasting alot of tax payers money. She can also be sued for slander and should be by the players who lifes she is ruining.
I am extremely confident Jesse Jackson and the rest of the african american contingent who were so quick to play the race card will make her`say she made all of it up
