i won a double shootout. for those that don't know what that is....

81 players, 9 tables. the winner of each table goes to a final; table of 9 players and the winner of that table wins the seat. the buyin was $160.

monday night i played and finished 2nd. i was really upset i didnt win my seat that time but last night made up for it :D

last year they split "DAY 1" into 3 sections. this year "DAY 1" is split into 4 sections and "DAY 2" is split into 2 sections. so, you're there for a whole week and only play twice the first week. crazy.

Not quite sure why he's following you all-in with that crap hand of his. A3...geezus. You could have had him beat with all sorts of hands. You could be sitting there at the turn with any of AA, A9, 99, 33, 22, or the straight and he's beat. That's just a few too many options for him to be following you in I think!! (Granted he was holding one of the A's and one of the 3's). Add to that A7 and 77 on the river too. He should have folded as soon as you raised on that A on the turn.
