I went to high school with several of the ones listed in my town. I even dated the brother of one of the kid touchers who was abusing his own children! My friend stepped in and paid for the children's counseling and stuck by his ex-sister-in-law financially as well as emotionally and, needless to say, didn't have anything nice to say about his brother. If anything, he was embarassed by his brother's actions and did everything he could to try to make up for what the SOB did.

yes, just did a search in my area, and up popped his picture.
hired him january 05, part time, evenings. he works a FT day job as a computer programmer. came across real nice, and in my business, if i can get an older employee with some experience, it's alot better than a high school 16 year old. was always nice, good with customers, helped me through alot of computer problems. never did anything wrong within the workplace.

this was from a couple of years back, but as it happened, the mother of a female high school employee of mine, brought it to my attention and said she did not want her daughter working the same shifts as this person. i had the right to let him go for falsifying his application.
I can understand that... I would have done the same thing.
Most of these guys are trying to get their life back on the right track. Of course, the recidivism rate is fairly high for SO's. Majority of them will be thrown back out into society... why don't we have some form of therapy for them? Of course... this means we need more money
