we`re gonna pay regardless of whether we initiate a preemptive strike with iran...or not.....

preempt...hit `em before they have what we have....or wait.......depends on whether you need thousands of joos and/or americans dead to make you indignant enough to finally take the gloves off....

personally,i really think we need to take another big hit before we take islamofascism seriously...

just not sure that "the joos" can play "roll the dice" with a guy that publicly proclaims he`s angling toward accomplishing their genocide...

what to do?...what to do?

anybody that runs for president in 2008 is absolutely dooseypots...

I'd imagine they would pay for it at about the same rate that Iraqi oil pays us back for funding that war.

I really dont think It will ever happen (nuking a country or war with Iran ) the reprecussions would be enormous and this guy running iran is not as crazy as you all think. he is using leverage which he has now ( uranium enrichment ) and we have no one to blame but ourselves, the united nations, the atomic agency for letting it get this far. And as I write this it is put out now that the 6 world powers agree to an incentive package for iran, which included Russia, China and the U.S.

Talk is one thing but acting it out is another. Iran I believe is right were they want to be, now the time is about to come for them to play their hand. I guarantee if they balk here they will start losing support from their 2 major backers ( China & Russia ). With possible sanctions which Iran I would think truly wants to avoid. It will take months I believe but eventually this will come to a resolution. I may be wrong but I think not.

U wait and see what Russia ends up with if a deal is cut. I would guess they would take on the onging process of mining the uranium etc. This is who we should still worry about, allie or not. They still play dirty people. This countries economic structure is still in shambles and its banking industry has been a complete failure so far. Did u know russians have more american dollars hidden in their houses then the total value of all ruble desposits in russian banks. Thats stability or excuse me socialism.

Russia has always had it hands in the cookie jar at some point. I know the cold war has ended but we continue to pump money into a faltering system which pretends to be our allie. One day they will bite us in the ass and we will be wondering how it could have happened. Sound familiar. I wouldn't trust the rooooooskies ever.

Hell I may be nuts but it just the way I see it. Only time will tell.

Well it looks like some progress is being made and thats better than nothing. I still think he is not as crazy as we portray him to be. I may be wrong but u never know. And yes it is a very scary situation that could get ugly, but i would believe wiser heads will prevail and in the end it is what iran truly wanted all along. They would benefit enormously on the package i am sure. Dont know the details yet but I am sure it will only get more lucrative before a deal is hammered out.

And your welcome. Was proud to be there, and would go back in a in a new york minute.

Never...I'd be very interested to know what your experience was like there, if you ever care to take the time to post on it. No need to, I would just like to read about your experiences. I am also very thankful to you and your fellow soldiers for what you went through for our country. I'm probably gonna be banned from saying that, because I lean toward stupid-limp-wristed-liberalism in most cases, but I am very thankful for what our service people do for all of us. My father was a Merchant Marine in the Korean War, and I admired him greatly for what he went through for our country.

There's been plenty of liberal patriots, and there still are. Thanks too, tease, DTB, et al! Can't say that enough.

Chadman I have no problem talking about it. When I have time I will write about it. To me it was another eye opening experience and has given me a greater appreciation of what the United States stands for and just how much these 3rd world countries wish to have what we have. And I'm not talking about the women, sex and drugs. The very thought of freedom. Yea they hate us to some extent but offer them a visa to the u.s. and a chance at freedom and they all would come running.

It really gets under my skin when the troops take criticism for their actions when bad things occur. What we have done in Iraq on some scales is gravley disregarded. The rebuilding of the infrastructure was one task I do not believe was totally considered or imagined on this scale when we embarked on this task at hand. Iraq seemed like a country 50 years behind the times. Today alot of places have running water that they never even had during the saddam era, modern schooling, hospitals upgraded, better power plant facilities etc.

I have said it before on this board, when u meet an Iraqi face to face on the streets, the first thing most will do is come to you and shake your hand and thank you. Happened nearly everyday there. I know alot say they don't want us there. Which is true to some extent. The Iraqi's are very proud people and feel that they should be the ones resolving the problems inside their country, which is understandable. But at the same time they will also say they know we must be there now, Until there new gov. has had time to be put in place and become effective. So its a delicate balance so to say. If that makes any sense.

My first 6 months there was in the Baghdad area which is no fun place alot of the time. But when u go into villages and bring, food, clothing for the children, stuffed animals, candy etc. And see the smiles it brings to the children and families then maybe most would understand. Of course we never had camera crews with us to show all the good things about iraq. We only want to talk about the negativity and hatred that sells in america. The deaths which unfortunate, do occur.

Whether u agree or disagree with the war. These are still human beings who eat, breath and bleed just like us. They deserve freedom just like u and me. Too kate to decide if we should have intiated the solution.

I just wish I could have set in on many a conversation when 911 occured because I know nearly every person I talked with or listened too was wanting us to wipe out someone or some country. But when things started to look grim they all shifted tune. Thats the great thing about America most will lie, cheat or say anything to contradict reality just so they can tell ya I told ya so. I know more than u and I am better than u. Because I am right and u are wrong. Must be small penis envy or something.

But I talk with soldiers everyday and alot are ready to go back. I find that ironic dont ya think. I mean for all the hatred that is portrayed by the media. The violence, soldiers dying and them not wanting us there why would anyone want to go back? Have they been brainwashed or is it maybe for another reason or belief. U'd be suprised how many soldiers volunteer to head over. Something doesn't align right, especially from the media's perspective, the couch generals and channel flicking politicians. Its a secret though, so I'm not tellin.
