Gonna take a shot with Mets today. Too good of a price +180, for a very inconsistent Johnson. Any thoughts?

Hate to bet against good teams with a team that has lost 4 st and 6 of 10. Trachsel has pitched well enough to win but not that good his last three. Have to give the Edge to Johnson but a close looks reveals that he beat clev,phil and atl. The #'s say stay away from Trachsel on the road for day games, he will probably go 5 or 6, how good is the Mets Pen right now ? I think the Mets circuits are on overload coming from Boston right to the Yanks; not to many teams can handle this set up.

...on another site (won't mention), the top expert cappers with Yanks and Mets are ON the METS today....so take that with a grain of salt...

umpire stats (what are those??? )....show that Gerry DAVIS is umping today and home teams are 4-12 for -12.0 units when he's behind the home plate this season....

I don't normally dip into umpire stats, but this one is a little bit eyebrow arching worthy....

personally, you can get really good value on the ML dawg...and being a runline player, I may on the side, hit the +1.5 for the Mets for a bit of insurance in case things fawk up..

Jonhson to face all righties today. righties are hitting 255 vs lefties 205 against johnson. The case for the Mets, Johnson has looked good against clev,phil,and atl, the L3.
