Just now 8 Canadians dead with 12 more injured in South Lebanon

Saw that today, GG. Seems that Israel in going farther north in the attacks as Hezbollah is going farther south.

I'm sure before this is over many more will die. Even the innocent. Canada lost 8 today in Lebanon 12 children in a bus in Lebanon yesterday. 12 civilians in Israel last today's including 4 children. No one wins. At least in the true sense.

MUCH MUCH BETTER!

Nothing brightens up my day like the loss of life!

Im not keeping score for each side here.....just wish instead of widespread bombing, something would be done to truly eradicate the problem....send in the Seals already. Get the job done once and for all.....lord knows the Lebanese army cant do it alone

Dropping bombs will not stop this situation...only prolong and escalate it

"Canada lost 8 today " you omitted fact they were lebonese.
As with most the sight of children injured is dis heartening--but when you see them dancing around dead american troops and the Israelly soilder that was blown to bits today--it takes a bit of the edge off.

---and where is Kenndey-Kerry-Dean on their thoughts on situation---where they always are in any demonstrable situation--hiding in the back round waiting to jump in on the post event pronostications.

dtb..

dean has been heard from..he was giving a speech this weekend & said this problem wouldn't exist if the dems were in office. he blamed bush for not paying attention to the matter as the reason for this uprising.

Once again DTB tries to blame the party that is not in power for any weakness. The question is and should be "Where is Bush and what is he doing about it?

Not blaming anyone--Steve

I'm looking for people/parties with commitments

not people whose only commitment is carping after the fact on what went wrong--ie Dean above.

My question to him would be is it really a problem--or the beginning of a solution to the prob.?

I will say Hilliary has stuck her neck out on issue to some extent--so will give credit where credit is due.

They have not found a solution in 50 years. But they do have a fight of some type every 6 to 10 years. Could be the world should close there eyes. Let Syria and what ever terrorist groups and Israel go at it till last one is standing. Maybe that would end it for good.
