Good luck tonight Surf. I like the Rangers too, but I laid off 'cause I felt nervous about it. While their record is 2-0 this year, they just snuck by their opponents in both games. They are 1-3-3 in their last 7 games against Philly in MSG, and they are 0-9 on the powerplay this year. It should be close...too close for me to lay the wood....but I do think Rangers win tonight!

Good Luck tonight. Should be a good game. Flyers are looking for there first win tonight in their first road game of the season. Problem is they only have 4 goals this year and none of them coming in the 3rd period. If the Flyers can play hockey in the 3rd period tonight I think they can win this game. They were up 4-3 in their last meeting going into the 3rd period, only to lose in the shootout. Should be a good game. I'll be watching. Good Luck! :yup

GENTS - DEFINITELY TOOK ALL YOUR RESEARCH AND STATS INTO CONSIDERATION AS I USUALLY SPEND A FEW HOURS OF RESEARCH BEFORE I MAKE A PICK. DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A GOOD GAME REGARDLESS.

CM - I TRY NOT TO USE STATS FROM THE PREVIOUS SEASON FOR ONE REASON AND ONE REASON ONLY AND THAT IS; THERE IS USUALLY SO MUCH PLAYER MOVEMENT FROM YEAR TO YEAR TO GO BY OLD STATS.

KOZSKI - YOU DEFINITELY HAVE A POINT ABOUT THE FLYERS AND THEY WILL PROBABLY SLIDE BY THE RANGERS FOR THERE FIRST OF THE SEASON. HOWEVER, RANGERS MUCH MORE DANGEROUS THIS YEAR WITH THE ADDITION OF SHANAHAN. FORSBERG IS A GREAT PLAYER BUT HE IS LITERALLY 1 HIT AWAY FROM BEING SIDELINED AGAIN WITH HIS ANKLES BEING AS WEAK AS THEY ARE.

ANYWAY, GL GUYS AND LET'S GO RNAGERS AND CANUCKS TONIGHT.

if it wasn't so early in the season...i'd go for philly +1.5 at around -200...since this is the back to back meetings...and philly has revenge on their mind.
