No way the Sharks win with that low of a line. Definately taking Detroit tomorrow.
Detroit (3-4-1) lost to Edmonton 3-1 on Saturday, its third straight defeat and fourth in the last five. The Red Wings have been outscored 12-3 during their losing skid, mustering just one goal in each of those games. So why are they basically a pk against one of the hottest teams in the NHL?
Well......the Sharks are 1-12-1 in the last 14 meetings in Detroit......also:
Nabokov went 0-2-1 with a 4.60 GAA last season against Detroit, and is 4-9-1 with a 3.33 GAA lifetime against the Wings and allowed a season-high six goals in his only road start of the season, a 6-4 loss Oct. 12 at Edmonton.
San Jose blew out Detroit last week at home, quick revenge game for the Wings against a goalie who may be a bad choice in net on the road. If I don't take the Wings then I know nothing about reading lines, watch San Jose blow them out again. I don't think so though, this has a Detroit win and Under 6 special written all over it. Thoughts on all this anyone?
