played dallas under 57 wins. thinking of playing over for chicago and toronto. doesn't 34 wins seem low for the raptors? any help is appreciated.

Made a mental note at the end of last year to watch the Bulls over total. Was hoping to get a 45 or so figure, but I guess it seems I was an optimistic 3 or so too low. Now I don't know, I have passed so far. Yes, Totonto total SEEMS low..............but I am not playing it. Went with UTah, Atlanta and Orlando over and looking for a west coast under, Sac or LA Lakers, leaning Sac.
