Pure Plays
Western Mich +15 over FSU

WM rushes for 150 yrds against FSU 100
WM avg 80 rush yrds against FSU avg 87 against


ULMonroe +19.5 over Kentucky

ULM rushes for 125 yrds vs Tuckys 95 yrds
ULM avg 162 yrds against while Tucky avg 182 yrds


Mid Tenn +15.5 over SoCar

MT avg 148 to SC 132
MT avg 117 against to SC 151 against


Not a pure play, but pretty close

Vandy +9.5 over Tenn
Vandy avg 153 to Tenn 103 rushing yrds
Tenn avg only 7 rushing yrds against than Vandy does at 155

If the line moves to +10 I will be tempted to play it.

Ark St +8 over Troy
Ark st avg 154 ry to Troy avg 123 ry
Ark St avg 142 against to Troy 146 against

If line moves to +10 it will be a pure play

Lotta plays this week guys, I am on all 3 pure plays and will wait and see what the lines do to the 2 close plays

off the top of my head, doesnt san jose qualify? i know hawaii will be outrushed by most teams so capping hawaii in this kind of discussion has to be kept in the proper context, but sjsu is much like boise in that they should have a significant edge in the run game. you have those numbers offhand? if san jose wasnt coming off a boise heartbreaker they would be a team capable of giving the warriors a lot of trouble.

Haw rushes for 105 to SJSU 199
but Haw avg 147 against to sjsu 152 so this is why it is not a pure play

I was looking very closely at this, and I think the reason why Hawaii doesnt give up MORE rushing yards is that teams have to abandon the run game to try to catch up to Hawaii

SJSU gives up 186 yrds on pass d by the way

I like UL-M here. Cats should let down after just gaining bowl eligibility with Vols on deck.

Money going against us in two of the three pure plays.....WM up to 18.5 and Monroe up to 20! Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing...we'll see, but I'm on them!! I just have no clue why Vegas would put KY almost 3 TD favorites with a defense as poor as they have...hope it's not a trap. Let's bring them home fellas!!

:toast: :toast: DDRD Pure plays went 2-1 this week, with the two covers getting very close to outright upsets!

Congrats to those that were on them.
