im a fan of his but this is getting to be rediculous. Does he have pictures of the owner of ESPN? ESPN2? ESPN news? He is a freaking coach who has done a few things that are a disgrace and now all the sudden everyone on the face of the earth should embrace him like he is some kind of god or king? I bet it would even make Knight himself sick to his stomach. Im glad he is breaking the record because Dean Smith coached a stack team for years but this is gonna go on all week. I could see if this was the Duke coach who im not that big a fan of but it is like they are trying to shove this down our throats because Knight has a suspect past. I'll get concened about their (ESPN) love affair with Booby Knight when they quit loving Mikey Vick. Imagine what the General thinks of Vick............he would lift him off the ground by his Corn Rools then carry him to the bench........amusing just to think about.

Boiler, I will agree with that...other than that ugly face every once in a while that looked like Gene got his dingy stuck in his Zipper he was a class act. Lived in Munster Indiana for 9 years and went down I65 4-5 times a year to see both Boiler Hopps and Joe Tillers Pigskinners.

I'm from Indy and I think he is the MAN!! He deserves some good pub because he gets all the bad things magnified and the media never says shit about the good stuff he does and there is plenty!!! Boiler, your just a disgruntled Purdue fan. Purdue comb-over fans have never liked him and same with a lot of others but you can't deny he is the best coach. He takes sub-par talent and wins! He never had all of the top recruits every year like some of the others. I am not saying he never got one but never got a bunch at the same time. I have the utmost respect for the man!

Then the line where Knight says " when I am old and they bury me , bury him upside down so all the waysayers can kiss his ass.:142smilie
