IF Penn State is favored - I think I'll have to bring some extra cash when I go to Vegas next weekend. NOT saying that Penn State won't win the game but having a wager with the Buckeyes getting points would have alot of value (the odds would be with you IMO).
I do think that if the Buckeyes are favored by 8 or 9 points that the public will bet the line down to 7
