Accountants/CPA's in the house?!?!!? >>>>> Need help!!!

I am working on one of my child support cases and to make a long story short, I need to find the Federal Withholding Percentage Tables for 1997 through 2007. I found the table for 2008 on the IRS website, but i cannot seem to locate the older tables.... Does anyone know where I can find them???

i just called up my accountant & he told me that it should be at www.irs.gov & check the archive section. i told him that you went to the irs web site & couldn't find it..he told me that this is the only place he knows of on the internet.
