On the course!
Okay.......Here I am.

I got to thinking about the Packer fans cheering about "one yard gains". Usually, they are cheering about the fact that the clock is getting run out, and another W is going up for Team Cheese, not the one yard that has been gained.

Minnesota fans will cheer about the fact that their "great back" ran for another 150+ yard game, while being completely oblivious to the fact that they just slipped another game in the overall standings.

Another thing about "Packer fans"?

You can go to ANY, that's right.......ANY Packer game at Lambeau, and it doesn't matter what rival jersey you are wearing, you will be able to eat a brat and drink a beer from more than several of the tailgating fans attending the game. Inside the stadium, you might get ribbed for cheering for your team.......but unless you are a total douchebag, no one is throwing a beer on you, or punching you in the face, just for cheering on your team, like happens all too often in Minny!

So, if "most Packer fans" whom you encounter want to get in a fist fight with you, I think that speaks more about you than it does of them.

Cheer up! The Pack should stumble quite a bit this year!

(You wanna buy my season opener tix? You can boo Favre while he gets his number retired!)

I found this site about a month ago and really like most of what I read. I like the debate and the name calling.. The back and forth.

I just think that people take comments too personal. It seems like it is easy to get banned from this site. I don't care if someone calls me out for making a bad pick or strongly disagrees with my views. Call me a pussy or prick... Make fun of me as much as you want. I'm a man I can take it.

It's great to have a site where people can argue and discuss politics, sports, gambling, and see a little mojo. Maybe the name calling doesn't bother me because I am new. Maybe it will wear me down and piss me off.

I am a Viking fan living in Packer country. If you don't know, most packer fans are belligerent "know it alls" about football. They jump and down, cheer and clap when their running back runs for 1 yard. They are willing to fist fight you, call you names and eat your children for their team. If I can live with that, we all should all be able to handle what people say on this site. Why? Because we are men.. No offense to some of the women on this site.

Great. Do you like beer?

I go to the game every year at Lambeau, I am with the same 3 buddies every year. My best friend is a packer fan and his brother is a Viking fan, the other buddy is a Packer fan to even it out. We always tailgait in th K Mart parking lot, mostly with Packer fans. I never have a problem, I yell and scream but I am not an idiot Viking fan or Deuche Bag. Never witnessed anything different at the Metrodome either. Never seen a Packer fan get abused for cheering.

The fist fighting has never been with me, but the locals (Superior) have started fights with people that they do not know for wearing the "wrong" jersey. Packer fans think they are the "greatest fans." I will admit that they are loyal, but what else is there to do in Green Bay? No other attractions. Especially the women. Except the bikini babes.

I remember the days of the late 70s through the 80s when nobody was wearing packer gear. That didnt happen again until the Favre Era. (outside of Green Bay)

Yes I would like to buy your tickets if you have four of them.
