We are watching this one close - we are supposed to be flying to our 2nd home in Tampa Tuesday morning......

Got a bunch of stuff going on this week in Tampa, so we do need to be there. But obviously won't be flying into a Cat 1 hurricane....

I hope it veers NE in a hurry and heads to Miami.... better yet, go NW and head into the Gulf and then just peter out so nobody gets hit by this.

Let's hope for the best....

woke up early this am, wunderground with the most info and armchair *mets* giving some pretty good updates.

kosar, watch out...might be headed your way to Ft. Myers.

High wind and rain here...wind might pick up later, I'm safe. Walked around here, 7 ish during a rain break, no damage, a lot of cleaning up to do. Late high tide is not good

Thanks, bro. Yes, it's coming right here between 2-4 am. At least going by the *new* estimates as far as the time goes. It's always been tracking right for Ft Myers for the last three days and it hasn't changed yet.

Whatever the case, it's landing here overnight.

Nothing to play with, but also will be just a baby Cat 1, if that.

Just hope I don't lose power.

Thanks Greg, should be a mild one relatively speaking, but will hit with 65-80 MPH winds, which can still cause a little bit of havoc.
