Just said TODAY is the time to leave, b/c 'peripherals' rain/wind coming in tomorrow which will on delay HEAVY traffic.

SUPERDOME IS CLOSED!!!Gov't NOT taking chances


No hotels available between New Orleans and Memphis, so if you are coming up 55 prepare for min. 7 hours before finding lodging.

That is true Morris, I live in a two story house, I
don;t even know what the bottom floor looks
like other than taking my laundry down to wash
it, I have 2 extra beds and could get more in a
