Dont tell Horton :nono:

LMAO...

How are things over there by the Lake Wisconsin? Heading your way to Summerfest soon, lets get together for a brewski and a sausage:mj06:

I don't know about you, but the only thing that has not siezed up on me yet are my fingers:mj09:

Franky, I've been searching all day... I think I'm missing a page in my P90x nutrition guide. I can not find a page that talks about the beer and brat meal of the diet.

I enjoyed the day 4 yoga, although I about busted my face on a few of the moves. Ab ripper on day 5 after legs/back was mentally draining.

You guys did the yoga?

I started, got 15 minutes past the warm up and just couldnt take it anymore. Way too mentally draining from boredom. I just couldn't hold an interest in watching the tv during it.

Grabbbed the swim trunks and goggles and went to the pool for a 40 minute swim instead.

On another note - and this should get a laugh out of you two.. I am now tattoed from P90X.

I bought one of those resistance bands from the local store here and was using it during hte legs and back workout to do modified pullups. put a nail in the rafter and looped it over and sat down on the floor and did pullups that way.
After the second set I kinda scooted back some more to get more resistance and I said to myself.. man.. this is a bad angle.. i bet the band could pull the nail right out i'll have to buy a hook or something to make it safer next week.

I pull back for one more pull up and FUCKING WHAM!
All I felt was a ripping burn across my chest. The band slipped off the nail and came straight down across my chest.
It's 3 days later and I still have a half inch thick purple line/bruise across my entire chest from the band snapping me.

be careful out there boys!

Marine, it's going to be hard for me not to laugh when I see the guys on the video with that band. Seriously, I just had a good belly laugh thinking about it.

I love the ab ripper x workout. I think I mainly like it because it's only 15 minutes.

That's what happens when you lift shirtless you meathead :142smilie JK of course. I am going to get some resistance bands because I wonder if I'm getting much out of assisted pull ups and may try to use the bands for those.

Week 2 Day 1 complete. I didn't do much better in chest and back than last week but I guess patience is a virtue. Those mason twists at the end of ab ripper x absolutely demolish me.

tball,

You are correct. I was hoping get those so I knew what exercise was coming next so I could get better prepared for it, and write down the number of reps instead of continually having to rewind.:violin:

Don't think I have ever been as sore as I was on Sunday after my first week.:nutkick

Franky, those downloads should give you what you need as far as what comes next. I know I have sheets for everday to write down reps and weight on.
