Without a doubt, the old "blue sock" is the best. Love Makers Mark too.

I have been a tried and true Maker's Mark fan for most of my drinking career but lately I have switched loyalties mostly to Buffalo Trace for the quality/price combo.

Blanton's is probably the more expensive bourbon I purchase when splurging or buying a nice gift for someone.

IMO, Jack Daniels is good but over-priced.

Old Charter is great for the price.

though Crown Royal is very good, 40 creek is better. just try the taste test, availabe in Canada not sure about the US.

and it is cheaper, though not by much.
