Ole Miss -7 @ Mississippi St


Does anyone else think this line is kind of low? Ole Miss is coming off 2 big wins over Tennessee and LSU, while MSU is coming off 2 losses and assuring themselves of not going to a bowl again. So why is the line only 7? I'm sure throughout the week the line will go up.

What are y'alls thoughts? :shrug:

Ole Miss has been riding high Corley and maybe due for a little let-down...and State surely has to remember the 'no mercy' whipping the Rebs put on them last year?...UM may cover but not a good spot for them I would think.

Corley at first glance I like your Dogs to cover. I'm sure they haven't forgotten last year's game. They have been competitive in most games this year and Ole Miss is coming off two big games and this sets up as a let down game for the Rebs in my opinion.

Ole Miss has had 2 straight highly emotional games in Tennessee and LSU.
Ole Miss is a very banged up on defense . Trahan is on cructches and questionable.
Ole miss is playing their 11th straight game. MSU had a week off 2 weeks ago.
MSU is embarrased by last years blow out loss and will be ready to play this game.

I thought the line would open at Ole Miss -6

Some great info here, specifically the playing 11 straight games. That gets overlooked a bit late in the season I feel and it is a big factor.
