Kyle Boller was a good kid. Flacco is no where near an elite qb. He takes way too long to get rid of the ball. Yes he has a strong arm, but I am not impressed.

You're not impressed...............hmmmmm. I guess with all of your NFL experience he doesn't measure up....:violin:

They have a run game....yeah, they sure do. Wait till they get some guys that can actually run routes and catch the football. Did you happen to see any of the catches that Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark made yesterday......Flacco don't have any of that......give the kid a break......he's good.

You can't present an argument like this with some of these idiots who actually try to handicap. Ihave been saying the same thing about McNab for ten years. If Mcnab like Flacco didn't get drafted by a team with a dominating defense he would have been out of the league years ago.. Opposite story with Tim Coach and Akillies Smith. They got drafted by teams with terrible defenses and u couldn't hide their play for five years like Mcnabs was. Same thing is happening with Flacco.

Who is Tim Coach

Possibly 2 of the worst playoff efforts of all time. No wonder guys like Ed Reed are thinking about retiring. They have a better chance just handing the ball off every play, then dropping back and passing the ball.

Flacco reminds me a lot of J Russel. Huge arm, great size, but overrated.

I thought you were an idiot before I read the comparison to Jamarcus Russell.....................now I have no doubt....

Your argument loses all credibility when you compare Flacco and Russell.

I am happy with Flacco as a ravens fan, I am unhappy that we failed to get him a big WR threat.

Peyton would struggle to throw the ball to receivers who cannot get open.

Have you heard of the #2 - #3 wr colts before this year? Even in college?

Peyton made Marvin great.. :0corn

Next year the excuses will be the same, he has an all pro rb and a great OL.. with solid wr/te

Where am I saying Peyton is not great?

He is one of the three greatest QBs ever.

You are the only claiming Joe Flacco == Jamarcus Russell.

The colts offensive playcalling and wide open no huddle offense is a great offense to use and lets the subpar wide receivers get open. Peyton is unbelievable qb and puts the ball where ever he wants to.

That being said put Peyton on the ravens and call the same plays they call now and they would still struggle on offense.
