My brother bought a $3000 smoker last summer and we use it almost weekly. They are deer and hog hunters so they have endless meats in their deep freeze.
I think there is nothing better than smoked ribs, sausage, or brisket. My wife is not a fan of smoked brisket and what not so I guess it is a preference to the taste buds.

Sticking with the topic though, if you are looking for store bought sauce then I think STUBBS is simply the best. They are based in Austn so not sure if this can be found on shelves outside of Texas, but it kills other store bought sauce.

Stubbs is very good.

You northerners don't know how to cook.

I guess not....
Sh*t we only get 5 months of BBQ weather, rest of the time we are stuck in our igloos, freezing our asses off....:mj07:

Thanks for all the help everyone, great ideas, I'll try them all in my quest for perfect pork back ribs. I really need to invest in a smoker.
I've heard great things about Stubb's, but no one carries it in my neck of the woods, and the website only ships in the US.:(
