Presuming FB Marketplace deal and payment via PPFF or other cash equivalent - sadly as mentioned - small claims. Ask local police from the SELLERS location to do a report - then file local to you in small claims with a copy of that report. If the seller doesn’t appear - default judgement...- djefferis
