What would you do?
From what I have traveled in Europe, France has had the best quality and service in hotels, followed by Italy. A bit surprise if You think about other custom service situations. UK&Germany... ziisus, like going to Turkey or Asia... no scamming like this though. Did this friend sort this out ?- Snafu
