So fucking strange. SD had zero energy tonight. Cease’s fastball was fast, but his meatballs had no movement tonight. For a team looking to close it out, they need to look in the mirror, or they’re done again.

3 days rest does that to a pitcher

Cease was throwing meatballs.. belt high down the middle of the plate, and a backs-against-the-wall Dodgers
team took advantage.. and Padres bats were lifeless for no apparent reason.

Friday night at Chavez Ravine.. 1 will advance to the NLCS.. the other goes home

I didn’t understand that game at all. Freddie on one leg, Mookie in a deep slump, and SD with all the Mo. And the line dropped 15 cents from the night before? Just weird.

The Padres look like a last place team. They shit the bed the last two games. Season over. SMDH. I hope that it's the Mets and Tigers in the WS.

On to CFB tomorrow and NFL Sunday.

They haven’t scored since the second inning of game three! Going in 24 consecutive scoreless innings. So frustrating!
