    yeah, these days if i'm in vegas or another busy hotel, i'd just use the tv. but usually if you're checking out around 11 or noon, there's hardly anybody trying to check in that early, so no line at the desk. vegas is different... seems like there's pretty much always a line.

    i always check out. a few times i've done it via the tv, but usually i stop at the desk. it lets them know when the room is available to be cleaned.
