    Rule I don't understand

    How come a receiver is ruled in bounds when he drags nothing but a toe but he's ruled out of bounds when his toe lands in bounds but his heel lands on the line. Does that make sense?

    creating your own -1

    I believe I read in a thread a few weeks back how you can essentially create your own -1 run line by betting both the ML and RL -1.5. Do you just match up the money 'to win' on both? Looking for an explanation. Thank you!
