    E. Illinois getting 15 1/2 looks like wayyyyy too many. But so did Ball St. a few nights ago against Dayton. Sometimes it looks too good and it is. Any thoughts? Hawaii isn't 16 pts. better are they. Democrat should keep them at least within 10???
