I agree with the over if Cooper is playing. I'm on over regardless Cooper in or out. Any teams can score 2 TD's against these two teams, so both should be able to score against each other to get the over.. For him being on trading block, i dont see how a team would want to play him just 1 last...- blknav007

Cooper cup is on a trading block, so he may not play. Is your decision to go with Rams knowing that Cooper wont be in the line up?- blknav007
