They are the most disliked team in all of college sports, Alabama football is a close 2nd though

And most publicly hated. Just like the Yankees. I can't stand that Yankees, and not because they are the Yankees, but because I can't watch any other teams but the Yankees and Red Sox on ESPN.

Duke is the same. They are always on the tube. You either watch to see them win, or watch to see them lose. That is why they are a "public team".
