Don't come in to post as often as I would like. I appreciate everyone's hard work and I always check to see how everyone is.
I spent the last 2 nights at the MAAC in Buffalo.
Iona has been impressive BUT my play of the year is on Niagara today.
Niagara has had a double bye-while the Gaels will play 3 in 3 days.
This game will be very up tempo and Iona can't be trusted 3 days in a row away from home. (3-11)
The HSBC will provide a little home court for NU but not half as much as on campus.
I personally think the PEagles are better and Mendez will come out flying today.

Love Niagara today, WW. Hate laying points, but going to take my chances and hope that fatigue will come into play in a up tempo game. Here's to hoping that Iona's jumpers come up a little short today. :mj14: GL

GL Guys-Taking ML just in case

MC-I like Fairfield. Hate the way Rider looked in stretches against Canisius-they couldn't find the ocean. Not big-but I like the Stags.
They played a tough Jasper team and made it through.
If Niagara wins today it should be NCAA--this area needs it and they can SMELL it.

Niag may be a good 2nd half play, came out out the gate slow and you would tend to believe that Iona's legs will begin to fatigue in the 2nd half

looks like they're picking it up but i see a lot of selfishness on that team. would love to see that kid mendez go up against top level competition, he's got nba potential.

Today was the EXACT reason that all my big plays are now ML or teasers. Tough loss for those on against the spread.
NU started slow which was a surprise.
Tomorrow night sees Play of the year Part 2

Niagara ML over Fairfield/Rider winner
