I had an awful time with this promo. First I contacted them and told them I had two gift cards, one for $25 and one for $50. I was told that it would be treated as an initial deposit of $75 and that I would get 100% bonus. So I make the deposits and call in for the bonus and I am told I have to fax in ID and a bill to get the bonus. So I fo all of it and contact them back, they then tell me that since I did not deposit $116 I can only get a 10% bonus. I accept only because I thought they were right, then I read the terms and conditions and see that it is 100% on $20 or more, max $116. Now they tell me that they can't adjust it because the bonus has been used.

Amazing. Worst sportsbook ever. Takes 3 days to receive an email response from them, supervisors are never available to talk, nor are they on duty after 5pm.

Not worth it, dealing with these jokers

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.

I took a look into the player?s account and it looks like he should have never received a bonus because he is linked to another account and I found the following note on his account:

?The following 2 clients share computer information: 575871 (ag2056) and 263259. If one or the other is already registered, fraud must first look at the ids to assure they are unique individuals. Only the older account may receive BONUSES due to one per household/computer environment regulations.?

The account he is linked to is the older account, which means only the other account (263259) is eligible for bonuses due to our rules and regulations in regards to one account per household/computer sharing environment; ?From time to time Sports Interaction may offer new or existing customers promotional bonuses in the form of free bets or deposit promotions. Sports Interaction's promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions also being offered by the company at that time. Promotions are offered on the basis of one time per person, household, account or computer environment.?

We located the call for this player to listen to what the player was told by our customer service department and unfortunately the customer service representative who spoke to this player provided him with wrong information in regards to the promotion (confusing the 100% up to $116 with the $116 gets you $116), and he was actually told we could not give him a bonus, which is what really upset the player. Even though the player should not receive a bonus because he shares computer information with another account that was opened before his account, we have applied the $50 bonus for the player?s second deposit because the issue with this player was caused by an error in communication on our part (by the customer service representative who spoke to the player).

Can you please inform the player and/or post to your forum that the call with the customer service representative who spoke to the player was reviewed, and we found the representative misinformed the player about the promotion (confusing the two promotions) and therefore we have applied the additional $50 bonus for his second deposit? The Kentucky Derby promotion is for a 100% Match Bonus of Up To $116 and any new player who makes a first deposit of $20 - $116 will receive the 100% Match Bonus of up to $116. If a player can only make their ?first deposit? by two pre-paid credit cards they can still receive their 100% Match Bonus on their full first deposit amount, when they make their two deposits at the same time. (One bonus will automatically be applied when they make their first deposit and the second bonus will need to be manually applied by our customer service department after the second deposit is made, right after the first deposit.)
