Has anyone here worked at Arbys? Just curious if they know where they get their roast beef from and what percent is actually beef? Do you cook it in the store? Or is it precooked and you just reheat it?

Every once in awhile I get a craving for the Giant roast beef and their really good buns. Sorry to admit.
